Step 1
Our Free Estimate
After your CALL or submission of our FREE ESTIMATE from our website, we will assign an expert field claim facilitator to arrange the inspection date and time with you.
Step 2
Meet The Adjuster
Once DAMAGE is found, you will contact your insurance carrier to report it and request to have an adjuster sent to confirm the damage. You let us know the DATE & TIME of your adjuster appointment and we will be there on your behalf to REPRESENT YOU.
Step 3
The Audit Process
After the adjuster confirms/approves the damage, they will send to you an INSURANCE LOSS SCOPE, which is usually incorrect. At this point Texas-RRR will do the AUDIT for you and will help you claim the full INSURANCE LOSS SCOPE if necessary.
Step 4
Supplemental Report
After AUDITING the insurance paperwork, Texas-RRR will GENERATE SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT and send it to your insurance adjuster or insurance claim department office by email or fax.
Step 5
Begin Building
When all the paperwork is ready, then we WILL START BUILDING! We will set up the entire schedule for your roofing project.
Step 6
Inspection & Recoverable Depreciation
Finally, after facilitating the job, we will make a Quality Inspection and a Walk-Thru Inspection with you, the property owner. Once the roof is completed, we will bill your insurance carrier for the release of RECOVERABLE DEPRECIATION.
